Hawaii Polo Life Trunk Show – Celebrating Women in Polo

On April 4th and 5th, 2023, Hawaii Polo Life was proud to host a trunk show for women in polo, allowing Argentine designers to showcase their products in an exclusive shopping experience. Female polo athletes, and the wives of polo stars, gathered together at Chris Dawson’s home for this amazing opportunity. The impressive brands – all founded by women – are located in both the U.S. and Argentina.

The house was filled to the brim with elegant clothing, shimmering jewelry, the sound of laughter and the spirit of solidarity. Guests in attendance tried on the products in front of a mirror, admiring the work of these rock-star designers. Throughout the event, the women perused the spectacular pieces, took photos of the products and enjoyed themselves over wine and cocktails.

Chris Dawson, the owner and visionary of Hawaii Polo Life, is dedicated to supporting women as they showcase their work, and providing them an opportunity to enjoy themselves in the process. After the pop-up event, men were encouraged to attend a cocktail hour, as guests enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres while listening to music in the courtyard around the pool.

Some of the brands included Maria Lia’s Seisen Jewelry, Maria Cambiaso’s Rokkus, and Rocio Gonzalez’s Rocio G. The event also featured products by Mila B, Maria Crimella, Aguila Leather, Clara Forno Ikigai, Las Cabrera, Gugu Pampa and Shop Nikka. Guests included Stephanie Wright - Lii, Jessica Wood, Delfi Cavanagh, Hazel Jackson, Myla Cambiaso Vázquez and Georgette Escobar.
