Do I need to register before placing an order?
Not at all! You are welcome to browse our store and checkout as a guest.
How do I register?
If you are on the homepage and click on Log In”, it will direct you to Sign in or create an account.
Why should I become a registered user?
Creating an account will keep track of your Order History, your Billing and Shipping information and your email. This allows you to save time on checking out and spend more time browsing our store.
How do I reset my password?
No worries. Go to the Your Log in page and enter your email and click on Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a new link to update your password. Once you update your password, it will sign you into your account.
How do I change my account information?
Once signed in, it will allow you to edit or delete your information including you address. You can also change the Billing or Shipping address during the normal check out process and this will ask if you want to save for future orders.
Can I change my email address in my account?
Unfortunately, you are unable to change your email address.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We Accept Credit Cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. In addition, we accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. We also accept interest free installments by AfterPay available between $35.00 to $1,000.
Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
Our website is on a secure platform and information is not shared.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Depends on the item. If it is included on our Sale page, it will probably not be restocked. So get yours now.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

How do I know what size to choose?
Check out our sizing guide included on each product page under the details. It will show you specific size measurements by size.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Once you receive your order confirmation you can review your order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipment confirmation with tracking number.
Why was my order cancelled?
Don’t worry; we will not cancel your order. If we need to cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you first.
What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
We offer a Flat Rate Shipping method based on weight of your package. Don’t forget all orders over $50.00 are FREE. Where are shipping destinations? We ship both domestically and internationally. Domestic Shipping is based on weight with Flat rate starting at $4.00. International shipments are a flat rate of $20.00.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Shipment carrier will depend on cost of shipping at time of shipment and the location that we are sending to you.
I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?
You can directly contact the carrier using the tracking number; they will have the most updated and accurate information. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can also look into this for your or help get you the product that you wanted.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be sent back within 14 Business Days. All tags must be attached to unworn merchandise and in original packaging for a full refund. We would be happy to exchange an item for you. You can respond back to your order confirmation and let us know what sizes are needed. We will email you back with the pre-paid shipping label for your exchange. We have the right to deny the refund or exchange if we feel the item has been worn or not received within appropriate timeframe.

What do I do if I receive a Defective Order?
Sorry about that! Email us at email@example.com. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return this, and can re-order the product for you.
How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund you immediately. The time it takes for this to appear on your statement is subject to your banking or credit card conditions.
